Buffalo Wild Wings UnFit Bit

If you’re like most Americans, getting in shape is one of your New Year's resolutions. Problem is, one of the best days of college football is on New Year’s Day. So Buffalo Wild Wings is stepping in.

On January 1st, from the kickoff of the Outback Bowl to the final snap of the Sugar Bowl, servers will offer to wear customers’ fitness trackers for them.

If trends continue from last year, fitness and health goals will take the top three spots in a list of
10 most popular resolutions. According to research on the topic, about 60% will admit to making a New Year's resolution, but over half that number will fail their resolution before January 31st.

Not if they come to B-Dubs.

“Our servers take more than 23,000 steps a day during an average shift, and they can run up a customer’s step count without them missing a minute of the five glorious New Year’s Day bowl games,” said Buffalo Wild Wings CMO, Seth Freeman.
